The company was founded by Carlo Pambianco in 1977, after he decided to harness the experience consolidated in the management of some of Italy’s major fashion goods companies.

Since then, Pambianco has been assisting companies in their strategic business decisions, providing intelligence on emerging market needs, strategic planning advice, competitive positioning and organizational structure analyses. The company assists companies with cultural and management change, helping them to plan the timing and implementation of their business expansion projects.

The company's head office is located in Corso Matteotti 11, in the heart of the fashion, luxury and design industry.
